What are Agile Project Management Tools?

Agile project management tools are simply any tools that you and your team use to manage and execute an Agile project. In the most basic form, this can be a whiteboard and post-its that are used to create and maintain a Scrum or Kanban Board.

Both Agile and non-Agile project management tools should enable you to gain visibility into your projects, track changes, understand progress, collaborate with your team, and communicate key information to stakeholders.
