What does a client services project manager do?

A client services project manager is largely focused on bridging the gap between the client’s needs, the project team’s strategy, and the overall outcome. 

Oftentimes, projects can suffer because of subpar communication between the client and the project team. A client services project manager ensures that the client’s concerns are being adequately addressed. They may process client feedback, facilitate onboarding, and handle other requests. The core function of a client services manager is to aid client retention and satisfaction.
