Why do we need timesheets?

Timesheets are an accurate way of keeping track of employee productivity, payroll, and work that has been done on behalf of a client. Timesheets are especially important because lax or informal time tracking processes can result in duties that are unaccounted for and inaccurately billed. This can ultimately impact profit margins and the overall bottom line.  

Accurate billing and data-driven time tracking are ways businesses can optimize inefficient processes. Without timesheets, workers and employers have far less visibility into employee productivity and billable work.
