Now, when you want to assign a task or share an item, the first five names in the drop-down menu will be your “top” colleaguesfrom your closest working circle, while the rest of the names appear in the habitual alphabetical order. Thanks to this update, you can assign and share tasks way quicker, as it requires significantly fewer keystrokes. In fact, you may skip typing anything at all if the assignee’s name is among these five favorite contacts.
