1. Account Executive

What are we looking for in you?
You should be a top performer in your current sales job, generating at least 10% above your colleagues and quota. You should have experience selling business software (collaboration/productivity/CRM/etc.) to mid-sized (501-5,000 employees) or enterprise (5,001+ employees) customers.

Skills & Requirements:
•  You have successfully sold to mid-sized companies;
•  Consistent over-achievement in past sales jobs;
•  Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
•  Relentless drive at work;
•  BA/BS;
•  Power user, early adopter, passion for social media or cloud software.

Desired (but not required):
• SaaS/cloud sales experience;
• Understanding of project management;
• Experience in selling to marketing departments and professional services organizations;
Collaboration software sales experience.

2. Customer Service Representative

What are we looking for in you?
In short, you should thrive on providing excellent customer support through email, phone, chat, webinars, forums and social media. You should be friends with both people and computers. You should measure your success with customers’ success. You should help the customers decide in Wrike’s favor, on-board efficiently and use the product happily ever after.

Skills & Requirements
• Excellent customer service skills – ability to be empathetic, responsive, accurate, resourceful and conscientious
• Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail and follow through 
• Passion for social media or web software
• “Advanced user” familiarity with web, desktop and mobile software, ability and desire to dive into technical details when needed
• Troubleshooting acumen – ability to isolate the problem and come up with a creative solution
• Bachelor’s degree

Experience/Skills Desired (but not required):
• Working knowledge of Twitter and Facebook
• Basic knowledge of various mobile platforms, Blackberry, Android, and iPhone/iPad iOS
