Today, we're introducing another small but handy update to save you time managing multiple attachments on a task — downloading all files at once.

One Button to Download All Attachments

When you're working on a task with a lot of attached files, it can be a hassle to download each one by one. We've added the ability to download all of them with a single click to save you time. Click on the new "Download All" button to instantly save all the attachments to your computer. Note: Only files stored in Wrike will be downloaded. Linked files in cloud storage services such as Box, Dropbox, OneDrive, or Google Drive will need to be downloaded separately.

If your team collaborates a lot on files and images, ensure you're making most of all the following Wrike's features that will accelerate your review process:
  • File versioning. Upload new versions of existing attachments to avoid confusion. Hover over the relevant file and click on "New version" to replace the old attachment with your updated version.
  • Track changes and restore prior versions. You can track changes to text in the task description and revert to previous versions using the "Revision history" icon.
  • Attach files from cloud storage services such as Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive.
  • Commenting and quoting. Save time referencing someone's text or comment by selecting the text you want to reference then clicking the quotation mark button.
