SAN JOSE, Calif.- Wrike, the work management software for high-performance teams, today announced enhancements to its integration with Microsoft Teams, the hub for teamwork in Microsoft Office 365. The new features will give even more power to Office 365's 120 million monthly active users to manage and collaborate on Wrike projects directly within Teams. The announcement aligns with an update of Teams, also announced today.
With the Teams update, Wrike’s integration will give users easier access to Wrike tasks and more powerful work management capabilities. The new enhancements include:
- The ability to include information from Wrike in a message - enables users to better collaborate on work more efficiently by posting Wrike task previews directly into a Teams chat. Users will be able to search for tasks right from the compose box in a Teams chat to quickly add them to the conversation.
- A personal app experience - allows Teams users to work with all their own Wrike Tasks, in a single, personal view. Additionally, users can easily see and access Wrike projects that have been added as tabs across Teams channels, all in one place.
- Actionable Messages in Connector messages - Teams users can now save time by taking action on tasks right within notifications. With Actionable Messages, users can update and leave Wrike comments on tasks, without needing to directly access them or leave Teams to do so.
