Two-way sync lets you work in JIRA
without leaving Wrike
With your projects and tasks in Wrike, it can be challenging to work with technical and other teams that use JIRA. Limited visibility into what they’re doing makes it harder to manage the projects they’re involved in and you’re stuck communicating outside of Wrike, separate from where you and your team collaborate.
Tasks and issues for the same projects live in two independent systems
Inefficient collaboration leads to delays and decreased productivity
Running reports can require extra effort and manual data entry

FAQ
Yes! You can not only create Jira tasks within Wrike, but you can also update existing tasks, including their title, description, due date, and more. Comments are synced between the two platforms automatically, so everyone stays on the same page at all times.
The sync between Wrike and Jira is a two-way sync based on a link you create between a Wrike folder and Jira project. This means as long as you keep tasks within those set structures, all synced fields are automatically kept updated. You can learn more about how the sync is set up on the Wrike Help Center.
Yes, comments made from either Wrike or Jira will appear in both platforms. While you do not need an account in both platforms in order to make changes or leave comments, your name will only be synced in both platforms if you have an account in both platforms.
