New Executive will Provide Strategic Guidance in Customer Success for Leading Collaborative Work Management Platform
San Jose, Calif., October 30, 2018 -- Wrike, the collaborative work management platform for high-performance teams, welcomes Abhay Rajaram as its new Chief Customer Officer. Rajaram brings more than 20 years of experience in management and customer success to Wrike’s leadership team. He will drive strategy and execution for the company’s critical and fast-growing customer success operation.

Rajaram joins Wrike from Hearsay, a SaaS digital marketing platform for global financial services organizations, where he headed all post-sales services. Prior to Hearsay, Abhay built the customer success organization at Hightail (formerly YouSendIt) from the ground up. Previously, he managed product operations, strategy, pricing, and training for Cisco's security business and also held product, marketing, and engineering management positions at IronPort Systems, 3Com Corporation, and Wipro Technologies.
