Nearly 50 Percent of Employees Are Still in the Dark Over Remote Work Expectations, According to Wrike Global Survey

Wrikes global remote work survey reveals:

  • 86 percent of US, 89 percent of UK, and 90 percent of Australian respondents report they have been briefed on their companys future state of business and understand the overall plan to survive the economic toll of the pandemic
  • 49 percent of US respondents and 47 percent of UK respondents report they do not clearly understand what is expected as they work remotely
  • More than half of the respondents (52 percent in the US and 53 percent in the UK) have not been well-trained sufficiently to use the necessary work management platforms to create, manage, and execute work remotely productively
  • Nearly half (47 percent) of Australian respondents have not fully implemented feedback processes to capture and improve processes for remote workers
