Okta is a popular SSO (single sign-on) provider that connects you with all your work applications and tools, including Wrike, without having to log in to each one. With a Wrike Enterprise account, you can use Okta to get one-click access Wrike.
Okta’s software uses SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language) 2.0 – the industry standard for authentication, and also offers optional multi-factor authentication. Simplify your team’s access to Wrike – save time and additional passwords.
How can I start using Okta to log in to Wrike?
We’ve built a detailed how-to guide to get your team set up with Wrike’s SSO integration with Okta. Please note that this feature is only available to those with an Enterprise account.
Firstly, Sign in to your Okta admin account and go to ‘Applications’ to add Wrike. Switch to the ‘Sign on’ tab, right-click ‘Identity Provider metadata’ and copy.
Then email email@example.com, requesting SAML 2.0, and paste the metadata that you copied (this will also be available in the ‘View setup instructions’ tab). Our support team will then notify when everything is set up, and you can access Wrike from your Okta homepage. Alternatively, you can set it up yourself using the steps described here.
