Andrew Filev

CEO and Founder

CEO and Founder Andrew Filev

Andrew Filev began writing software at a young age and founded his first software consulting company at age 17. As a young entrepreneur with a fast-growing business, Andrew quickly grasped the challenges organizations faced in scaling a successful operation. Frustrated with the limitations of working through email and spreadsheets, he began to build his own collaborative tools that immediately improved his team’s communication and business productivity. He founded Wrike in 2006 to focus solely on building this new class of business software.

Today, Andrew serves as Chief Executive Officer of Wrike and remains the primary visionary behind the product and company. In product development, he values innovation velocity with a customer-first approach. As a CEO, he strives to create a positive culture and great workplace for the entire Wrike team.

Andrew lives in San Jose with his wife and two children. He is active in the Silicon Valley start-up world and enjoys being an advisor to young entrepreneurs.

Seth Shaw

Chief Revenue Officer

Chief Revenue Officer Seth Shaw

Seth Shaw joined Wrike as Chief Revenue Officer in early 2014. In this role, he oversees sales, service and support with a focus on building a great team and identifying new business opportunities to accelerate Wrike’s growth. In addition, he works closely with our product and marketing teams to ensure Wrike continues to deliver the best value to our thousands of customers.

Prior to joining Wrike, Seth served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Support at LogMeIn, where he scaled the sales, support, and marketing organizations to over 250 professionals globally.

He brings a value-first approach to building the Wrike team and enjoys spending time talking with Wrike users and learning new ways we can help their businesses.

Dmitry Uvarov

Chief Technology Officer

Chief Technology Officer Dmitry Uvarov

Dmitry Uvarov joined Wrike in 2006. He initially came to the company as a developer with a focus on improving the user experience and responsiveness of Wrike’s interface. Many of Dmitry’s contributions from this time are now considered standard in the industry.

Prior to joining Wrike, Dmitry was part of a team that designed and built WYSIWYG Content Management Systems. This experience made him a passionate advocate for the user-first interface, and helped teach him to build tools that anyone could use, regardless of technical experience. As Wrike’s CTO, Dmitry encourages his team to pursue excellence in the creation of a real-time workspace. He sees the future of the web as instantaneous, integrated, and completely collaborative. Wrike is designed and engineered with this vision in mind.

Ananth Avva

Chief Financial Officer

Chief Financial Officer Ananth Avva

Ananth Avva joined Wrike as Chief Financial Officer in the Summer of 2015. He has previously served on the finance team at Google and as the CFO of LiveOps. Ananth brings to Wrike his experience in finance operations and analysis, including his vast background in product pricing, capital raise and restructuring, strategic planning & budgeting, and technical accounting (among others).

Ananth holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Today, he serves as an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University in the Master of Accountancy program.

Outside of work, Ananth is a diehard fan of Team India cricket and he enjoys reading historical literature. He and his wife Neha live in Santa Clara and love to travel.

Brian Thome

VP of Product & Product Marketing

VP of Product & Product Marketing Brian Thome

Brian Thome is the Senior Director of Product Marketing at Wrike working on building the leading collaborative work management platform.

He was previously Director of Product Marketing at LinkedIn for the Marketing Solutions business where he led the launch of Sponsored Updates, the company’s fastest growing product line, to over $100M in its first full year.

In this role, he led a global team responsible for product positioning, strategy and go-to-market execution. Prior to joining LinkedIn, Brian held key marketing and management roles at companies including Cisco and Capital One. Brian earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a BA from Duke University.

Erik Kostelnik

Senior Global Director of Sales

Senior Global Director of Sales Erik Kostelnik

Erik Kostelnik joined Wrike as Senior Director of Global Sales in April 2014, after spending a decade in various leadership positions in the HR software industry. Prior to Wrike, Erik was the Vice President of Sales at Identified where he built and scaled the enterprise and inside sales organization from the ground up before it was acquired by Workday in 2014.

Erik brings to Wrike his dedication to people, process and methodology and a commitment to a fun and educational sales culture. He is also known as the office DJ; a role in which he is both beloved and occasionally loathed.

Outside of work, Erik is an avid golfer, and a musician who is currently teaching himself to play the banjo. He lives in San Jose with his wife and kids.

Valerie Sinitskaya

Director of Perfomance Marketing Valerie Sinitskaya

Valerie Sinitskaya is the Director of Performance Marketing at Wrike. She joined the team in 2007, and is proudly employee number seven in the company. Valerie manages our performance marketing efforts, and with her team, is responsible for customer acquisition and nurturing our customers into ultra-productive Wrike users.

With 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, Valerie brings her analytical eye to our organization. She loves data, and never saw a message she didn’t want to A/B test.

She loves being a mom to her son, and spending time with family.

Tom Treanor

Director of Content Marketing

Director of Content Marketing Tom Treanor

Tom Treanor is the Director of Content Marketing at Wrike. He and his team focus on creating world-class resources and educational content related to management and team dynamics, productivity, project management and collaboration. In addition, his team builds engagement and awareness online via social media and search.

Prior to Wrike, Tom was the head of Digital Marketing at the Meltwater Group and has served in leadership roles at HP and PwC Consulting. He has an MBA from the Wharton School, an MA in International Studies from UPenn, and a BA in Economics from UCLA. He is regularly featured on top industry websites, in addition to the Wrike blog.

He has lived and worked in Asia and speaks Japanese.

Eliza Walsh

Director of Communications

Director of Communications Eliza Walsh

Eliza joined Wrike in 2014 as Director of Communications. Previously, she was Vice President of Communications at Identified, a recruiting technology company that was acquired by Workday in 2014. She began her career agency-side where she helped brands articulate stories of emerging tech, and led media strategy, executive communications and brand positioning for a range of clients.

At Spark PR she provided strategy and media relations for several startups including new social media platforms and disruptive real estate technology, as well as Azure Capital and Barclays US.

Eliza holds a BA in English and an MA in Journalism from Western University, Canada.

Nic Bryson

Director of Global Customer Support

Director of Global Customer Support Nic Bryson

Nic Bryson is our Director of Customer Support. As an early member of the company, joining way back in 2009, Nic laid the groundwork for many customer service and sales processes, and put feedback tools in place to ensure our product development closely aligns with the needs of Wrike customers. Most recently, Nic focused on scaling the customer support team into a multi channel (chat, email and phone support) 24/7 operation.

Today, Nic continues to manage our customer support organization and oversees our implementation and customer success teams. He keeps the bar high on customer service, loves hearing about their positive experiences, and relishes opportunities to learn about new ways we can support Wrike’s awesome customers.

He lives in Redwood City with his wife and daughter.

Leslie Wolin

Director of Talent Management

Director of Talent Management Leslie Wolin

Leslie Wolin joined Wrike as Director of Talent Management in early 2015. Her focus is on finding the most talented people to join the Wrike team, as well as engaging current employees in their goals as they advance their careers.

She brings years of experience in talent recruiting at companies like Yahoo, Disney and LucasFilm. Her role at Wrike is a blend of HR and Recruiting.

Leslie is a native San Franciscan who currently lives in Half Moon Bay with her husband and son. She is a Karaoke master (Chain of Fools is her jam) and a wannabe wine enthusiast.

Patricia Duchene

Director of International Sales

Director of International Sales Patricia Duchene

Patricia joined Wrike in 2013 as an Account Executive and spent a year managing the sales team for the East Coast territory before being promoted to Director of International Sales in 2015. In this role, she manages operations in our Dublin office and is focusing on growing our team of sales and customer success professionals to serve our international markets.

Patricia is a graduate of UC Davis and prior to her time at Wrike, opened international offices in the semiconductor industry. She’s a wine enthusiast, lover of pugs, and distance runner who completes about 6 Half Marathons per year. She brings her fun spirit to the company culture, and is the defacto planner and host of team building events. She loves speaking with Wrike customers, and especially welcomes feedback that can help the team be the best they can be.

Patricia currently lives in Dublin with her husband and pug.

Errette Dunn

Principal Consultant

Principal Consultant Errette Dunn

Errette Dunn joined Wrike in mid-2014 as Principal Consultant. He helps our customers to become insanely productive by leveraging Lean principles, Agile Project Management methods and Wrike’s real-time platform.

Previously, he worked at Toyota Motor Company and then Airbus Group, where he led the development of Lean practices across diverse business functions in Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Business Support. He has coached managers that oversee five to 70,000 employees, in 17 different countries.

Errette earned his MBA from IESE Business School and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Panamericana. He’s fluent in Spanish and French, and has been told that his English isn’t bad. He lives in Mountain View with his wife and four kids. During his very limited free time he plays guitar and experiments with 3D Printing.
