San Francisco Business Times received more than 500 nominations and selected 132 companies this year. Wrike ranks 19th in the Smallest Companies category, which recognizes finalist companies with 25 to 49 Bay Area employees. Rankings were revealed at San Francisco Business Times’ annual "Best Places to Work" event on April 14, and appear today in a special print and digital edition of San Francisco Business Times. We’re honored to be a part of it.

So, what makes Wrike such a great place to work?

Spirited Culture

Wrike’s culture is collaborative, productive, spirited, and encouraging. With a peek at some of our social media channels, you’ll see we're a hard-working and fun bunch, supportive of each other’s goals, and big on celebrating team success. One major way we planned for and celebrated success this year is through our first ever company-wide kickoff meeting in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. It was a great opportunity to step away from the office and dedicate two full days to focus on company vision, catch a glimpse of team goals, and build new friendships. Plus, the sea and sand weren’t bad at all. Check out how much fun we had:

Great Leadership

Wrike’s leaders are open, approachable, and do an excellent job at creating an environment that fosters collaboration, productivity, creativity, and camaraderie. Senior leaders work to establish goals at the company, team, and individual levels, helping team members stay motivated and focused. They promote an open environment where employees are encouraged to share ideas, try new things, and have fun.

Growth Opportunities

Wrike has seen fast business growth in the past few years as we continue to expand the team. We give our employees the tools they need to develop their careers through programs like career mapping, training, and learning sessions. Our sales team leads weekly trainings, and we’ve implemented a “lunch and learn” program that aims to share knowledge and teach new skills based on employees’ areas of interest. Wrike CEO Andrew Filev kicked off our first “lunch and learn” with a session on coding to support the “Hour of Code” initiative. Our executive team regularly welcomes ideas, input, and feedback from all levels of employees, creating an opportunity for individuals to grow, develop, and contribute as much as desired.

Benefits and Perks

Wrike continues to add employee benefits as the company grows and evolves. We offer competitive salaries, full health benefits (medical, dental, vision), unlimited vacation, equity benefits, commuter benefits, and work from home options. Popular perks include weekly catered lunches, a fully stocked snack pantry, dog-friendly work environment, and team building activities like birthday celebrations, happy hours, and our annual kickoff meeting.

Passionate Employees

Wrike is a workplace employees love coming to every day. Our vibrant culture, excellent leadership, passionate team, productive workflow, and continued company growth make us a “Best Place to Work” – and this motivates us to reach—and exceed—our business goals. Our team is passionate about delivering the best work collaboration platform to our customers, and we make sure we have fun while doing it.

And an Expanding Team!
