And that’s all thanks to you: our customers. You use Wrike to streamline workflows, break down barriers, and give work the freedom to flow. So let’s raise a toast to everything we accomplished together.
Ready to relive the highlights? Here are the moments that made this year so special.
The numbers that made 2025 one for the books
You came ready to work this year, and the results speak for themselves. You completed 80,203,073 tasks in 2025. Think about that for a second. 80,203,073 tasks, done and dusted. And 28,204,863 of those tasks were automated, which means you spent less time on busywork and more time on impactful work. AI also lent a helping hand, with a total of 2,076,379 AI-powered actions performed.
Our community kept growing, too. 1,683,235 people used Wrike in 2025, up from 1,653,595 in 2024.
We also took a peek at when you were most productive. For the third year running, Tuesday has been named the busiest day for users, as assessed by the number of tasks completed on that day. And the busiest month across the Wrike community? That would be October.
Beyond these numbers, what really stands out is the impact you made. Every completed task moved a project forward. Every automated workflow gave you time back. And every collaboration brought your teams closer together. That’s the story these numbers tell.
5 milestones that marked a defining year for Wrike
In 2025, many of Wrike’s proudest moments were shaped by how customers use the platform every day to streamline workflows. Here are five defining moments for Wrike in 2025:
1. Wrike welcomes visual collaboration capabilities with Klaxoon acquisition
We kicked off the year with a big announcement. In January, we closed the acquisition of Klaxoon, a leading visual collaboration platform that helps teams brainstorm, ideate, and collaborate on an infinite whiteboard.
’’This marks a significant milestone for Wrike, as we combine the strengths of two industry leaders to deliver a transformative platform for the future of work,’’ said Thomas Scott, CEO of Wrike.
Shortly after the acquisition, we announced that Klaxoon’s visual collaboration features were fully integrated into the Wrike platform, offering teams a new way to move fluidly from brainstorm to action without losing momentum. With this integration, our customers can now convert ideas from Klaxoon to Wrike with just a few clicks.

Later in the year, our product team shipped Wrike Whiteboard, powered by Klaxoon, to bring visual collaboration directly into your workspace. Teams can now brainstorm on an infinite canvas, run interactive presentations with live polls and quizzes, and convert ideas into actionable Wrike tasks — right inside the Wrike platform.
We’re super excited to trial Klaxoon. Having whiteboards integrated into Wrike helps teams move from ideation to execution quickly, while minimizing low-value coordination.

2. Wrike Copilot turns AI hype into everyday productivity
In August, we launched Wrike Copilot — an AI-powered teammate that helps you find answers and surface relevant information about your project data. And customers are seeing the results.

Wrike Copilot has already helped us create fillable forms and automate routine tasks. We now spend more time on creative and high-impact work, rather than administrative overhead.

Meanwhile, global digital marketing agency Jellyfish has achieved a 95% reduction in time spent summarizing client team communication, saving three to five hours per team member each week.
3. Wrike announces winners of second annual Elite 100 Awards
In September, we announced the winners of our second annual Wrike Elite 100 Awards, honoring the customers who have shown exceptional skill in using Wrike to drive collaboration, innovation, and results within their organizations. This year, we expanded the program to include two new categories: AI Strategy and Engagement, reflecting the incredible ways our customers are embracing AI and visual collaboration.
Congratulations to all our Elite 100 winners and finalists! Your stories inspire us every day. Want to see who made the list? Check out all the winners here.
4. Wrike delivers the future of human-to-AI collaboration at Collaborate 2025
Any yearly highlight reel would be incomplete without Wrike’s annual work management conference — Collaborate. At Collaborate 2025, we brought together thousands of customers, industry experts, and thought leaders to explore how AI is rewiring the way we work. We welcomed Ray Wang, CEO of Constellation Research, for a fireside chat with our CEO, Thomas Scott, discussing the shifts AI is driving in workflows and workforce design.
We also introduced AI agents, a no-code interface that lets anyone design and deploy custom AI agents using natural language. The energy from our community was incredible, and we’re already seeing customers put these new tools to work.

I’m starting to spot potential use cases for Wrike AI agents, and I’m working to connect Wrike with Claude, Cursor, and Microsoft Copilot. I look forward to continuously improving how our teams use Wrike in 2026.

5. Wrike research finds disconnected workflows limiting AI’s potential
As teams across the globe raced to adopt AI tools throughout 2025, we wanted to understand what was really happening on the ground. So we commissioned a global study, ’’The Age of Connected Intelligence,’’ surveying 1,000 full-time knowledge workers across 10 industries in five countries.
The findings revealed a blind spot in enterprise AI, as we discovered most tools operate in isolation. For organizations looking to get ahead in 2026, this research offers a roadmap. You can explore the full findings and data here.
Industry recognitions we’re proud to share with you
When industry experts and analysts recognize Wrike, it’s really a recognition of our customers. Your feedback shapes our product, and your trust in us drives everything we do. We were also ranked highest in the Professional Services Automation Use Case in the companion 2025 Gartner Critical Capabilities report, with a score of 4.35 out of 5.
And just a few weeks ago, we took home the Most Innovative AI Solution award at the inaugural Manufacturing Supplier Innovation Awards USA 2025. This recognition highlights how our AI-powered Work Intelligence® solution is helping manufacturing teams break down silos.
With Wrike, our manufacturing teams gained visibility across multiple plants and shifted from reactive firefighting to proactive planning. The dashboards and automation have been game changers for operational efficiency.
