What are the barriers to AI success?
AI has the power to revolutionize our work, but right now we’re stuck in a pilot phase, with varying degrees of adoption progress. Our respondents say they’re:
77% feel a disconnection between leadership’s AI strategies and what employees need to succeed, citing limited visibility and no clear ownership as factors.
Only a third feel their organization uses AI tools in a consistent, aligned way, with similar levels of access, training, and support.
Fewer than half of the surveyed companies have provided AI-related training, published official policies, or delivered role-specific learning.
