What does a VP of professional services do?
Vice president of professional services is a high-level position. A person in this role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of services carried out by PS teams within the organization. According to payscale.com, a VP of professional services “must ensure excellent customer relations, as well as engage in high-priority interactions with clients”.
Payscale also notes that a “Vice president of professional services must have extensive experience in the field and in management, and they should be passionate about client satisfaction.”
