Today I'm excited to share another milestone in our mission of creating the world's best work management and collaboration platform.

When we launched Wrike in 2007, I could not have envisioned that it would grow out of an initial spark of an idea into a platform that is used by thousands of businesses all over the world today.  What I did know was that the friends and colleagues I spoke with, in businesses of all sizes, shared similar struggles when it came to managing and executing their work. I knew there was a better way to do things, and I was confident we could figure it out and build it.

We launched with modest beginnings. To this day, I occasionally hear from long-time Wrike users who remember me personally answering their customer support tickets during our first year. But each new customer that found Wrike helped us to grow a little more, sometimes by allowing us to hire more developers to build an amazing product, and sometimes by allowing us to grow our service organization into a world class team.

By the time we had the attention of investors, we had enough momentum to be able to select our partners very carefully. When we accepted our first major investment from Bain Capital Ventures in 2013, we added a partner who shared our vision of a world where collaboration is a competitive advantage and essential in the new digital economy. Bain's investment allowed us to recruit more top talent and to scale our operations.

Today, I'm excited to welcome our new investors at Scale Venture Partners and DCM Ventures. With their investment, Scale brings unrivaled experience in the SaaS collaboration space and an impressive track record of success across their portfolio. DCM Ventures' focus on mobile and global markets will be key as we accelerate our expansion in Europe and Asia.

Today we also welcome a new member to our Board. Rory O'Driscoll brings with him unique experience in enterprise collaboration and marketing technologies, and a proven track record as a Board member of companies like Box and Docusign. I'm excited to have Rory on our team.

So thank you very much to our customers, our team, and our investment partners. We made it this far by outcollaborating giants. Now we've got some giants in our corner. I consider Wrike, and this whole industry, to be at the beginning stages of transformative change in the enterprise. Working together, we will continue to build a product that will improve work for millions of people and companies.

Thank you for all your help and support!
