It’s been an action-packed April here in Wrike, fueled by excessive amounts of Easter chocolate in the office this month.
All that sugar didn’t go to waste, though, as we poured our energy into some cool new updates for the Wrike community. These include fresh new additions to Datahub, powerful improvements to our popular Table view, and even more ways to customize your time management in Wrike.
Ready to learn more? Let’s dive in!
Datahub gets a UI boost
We all know that data can be turned into diamonds with the right tools. That’s why we’re consistently working to make data management more flexible and easy to use.
Our latest improvements mean that Datahub in spaces is now labeled Databases for simpler signposting. You can also now import TSV files and rely on Select fields — small tweaks that are much appreciated by busy teams seeking to optimize their data quickly and efficiently.
Plus, formulas in Datahub are now available via API, which enables programmatic creation and management of calculated fields using the same formula syntax as the core Wrike platform.
In plain English, these new changes will make data import more flexible and the user experience more intuitive. That’s a win-win for everyone.

Extra filters added to dashboards
For most of us here in Wrike, our dashboard is a window into our world. It captures everything we’re doing as an individual, team, or department — all updated in real time.
An incredibly powerful tool, it also allows us to zoom back and forth between the macro (like quarterly KPIs) and the micro (daily to-do lists) of our work. That means it’s a huge resource when it comes to finding key information or assets.
To help accelerate that search function, we’ve introduced new filters for dashboards. Currently in testing in Labs, these new filters can be enabled per widget, allowing classic and new filters to work in parallel. You can even switch between versions as you explore this exciting new function.

Table view gets even better
Ever since we upgraded Table view, our customers have been raving about its new functionality, including better speed and performance, a much-improved user experience, and powerful filters.
Now, we’re proud to announce yet more exciting features, including:
- And/or filtering logic: Perfect for building precise, complex filter logic
- Filter groups: Great for creating “A and B, or C”-style conditions
- Filter presets: A must-have for teams juggling many filters
- Quick filters: Fast, one-click filter applications
- Relative date filters: Ideal for set time frames like “next 14 days”
- Filter by name: Useful for searching by title with prefixes/suffixes
- Enhanced status filtering: Best for searching or selecting statuses across workflows
All of these are now available for our entire community to explore. Dive into our Help Center article to learn more.
New insights available in timesheets
Wrike has thousands of customers in the field of professional services, including Siemens Smart Infrastructure, BigCommerce, and Intelco.
If you’re in this sector, we understand how important effective time keeping is to you. That’s why we continuously improve our timesheets, adding extra functionality all the time.
Our latest release — a new standard and custom fields feature — offers even more customization options, providing greater visibility into your work. You can now group, sort, and filter time entries by various fields such as client, status, and due date.
This capability empowers teams to prioritize entries effectively and gain insights into time allocation across different dimensions. The result? Improved productivity, faster service delivery, streamlined billing, and happier clients.
