People have different ideas of what project management means. Many people think that a project management tool is only used to manage multi-million-dollar projects by big teams in large corporations. Or at least this is what Sam Miller, Owner and Director of ONLYCH1LD, believed when it came to project management and client relationship management skills
 .
In starting his own film production agency with Spencer Kehe, business partner and Executive Producer at ONLYCH1LD, Miller discovered that he was spending all his time managing client logistics and very little time on the creative aspects of his job. "It's very easy to get drawn into all the other work that needs to be done to scale a business," says Miller. "When 80% of your time is spent managing logistics, there's not enough time left to work on the things that made you successful in the first place."

After looking at a few different tools, Miller and Kehe came across Wrike and instantly saw a shift in workload and productivity. "Both Sam and I took to Wrike really easily and quickly," says Kehe. "It's just been genuinely helpful and we both like using the tool. I don't get excited about technology, I get excited about what it does for us. In this case, it allows us to communicate better and be more productive."
