Posts must be original content, not published on other sites. It should include tips, how-tos, tools and resources, or other actionable information to help people improve in one of our key topic areas: project management, productivity, leadership, and collaboration.

Edits

We reserve the right to edit your piece to make it fit with our tone and content. We may recommend edits or add to the headline, subheadings, or body paragraphs — don’t worry, we’re just trying to make it as successful as possible for you as well as for our blog.

Submission Details

Submission Format

Email your blog post to: content[at]team[dot]wrike[dot]com. We will accept Word document attachments or Google Docs — just make sure they're viewable and editable by the public.

Length

We ask that you keep your post to 1,000 words or less. Short and sweet hits home for our readers.

Links

Please keep links to a minimum — unless the resources you're linking to are helpful for the reader. We reserve the right to edit out any links.

Author Bio

Kindly include a short author bio (2-3 sentences) & photo to include at the end of your post. You may include a link to your business or website.

Submission Etiquette

  • We will respond if we feel your post is a good fit for the Wrike blog.
  • We will email you to request revisions if any are needed.
  • Note: we currently receive a large number of submissions. Please DO NOT email us asking whether we received your article.
  • If we don't respond within a week, then that means we decided your piece is not a good fit. But feel free to return and submit another post when you have something new to share.
