Wrike has been named a "Top Workplace" by Bay Area News Group for the second year in a row. The 2016 list, which appears as part of Bay Area News Group's special "Top Workplaces" edition, features 100 companies and organizations in the Bay Area that have been recognized by their employees as excellent places to work. The 2016 Top Workplaces rankings are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution, and connection. Andrew Filev, CEO of Wrike, says this award is especially meaningful for the company because it's awarded based upon employee survey responses. “Knowing our teams are excited to come into work every day is really rewarding. That's what helps foster creativity, which in turn helps drive innovation,” says Filev. “It’s our goal as an employer to create a dynamic and rewarding culture for our employees. We’re proud to see that vision come to fruition and build an environment where people love to work." Wrike's team has doubled in the past year, expanding from around 200 employees to over 400. Wrike's employees are given opportunities to grow into leadership positions and innovate within their roles to find unique solutions to problems. As Wrike grows, it's expanding all teams, including customer success, product development, marketing and sales. The Wrike team is passionate about delivering the best work collaboration platform to customers, while having a great time doing it.
