As the conflict between Russia and Ukraine continues, the U.S. Department of the Treasury is expanding sanctions for Russia, including prohibiting the supply to any person in the Russian Federation of (1) IT consultancy and design services; and (2) IT support services and cloud-based services for enterprise management software and design and manufacturing software. As a cloud-based service provider of enterprise management software, we are terminating all Wrike products or services to any person or entity within Russia or Belarus, or for re-export, transfer, or provision to Russia or Belarus, except, in each case, as may be pre-authorized by Wrike in writing, effective September 12, 2024. In addition to terminating service contracts for affected companies and partners, Wrike will implement geolocation and IP blocking of its products and services, impacting all persons located in Russia and Belarus regardless of the location of the entity controlling the account into which such persons are provisioned. Russian and Belarusian entities with U.S. parent companies are exempt. Wrike will not consider alternative mechanisms to deliver products or services to entities located in affected regions. Should these sanctions be lifted, Wrike will re-evaluate relations with Russian and Belarusian customers at that time.
