Wrike does not use customer data to train or tune any generative AI models and does not allow our vendors to do so. Generative AI features, such as AI content creation, are powered by Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, which has stringent security standards. Learn more here.

First, they operate in a stateless manner, meaning they don’t directly communicate with customer data databases and can be turned on or off without impacting your historical data privacy. Second, all AI-generated content requires human verification — you must review, edit, and approve any output before it’s used.
