Can I mix users in my account? Yes. For each team member, you can choose a subscription plan that best suits the person's needs. You can give viewer subscriptions to your clients, sign up team members as collaborators and grant a manager's license to your team leads and actual managers. Do you prorate prices? Yes. For example, if you buy 10 annual licenses today and 5 licenses six months from now, we will prorate you for these 5 licenses, and you will be billed for ½ of the annual price. The billing cycle is one for the whole account, so all your 15 licenses will expire on the same day. If you transfer a license from one employee to another, it will not affect license's expiration date in any way. The same rule works for monthly subscriptions. |
