With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, George is a seasoned executive passionate about solving business challenges with innovative and scalable solutions. As the Global VP of Customer Solutions and Innovation, George leads a team that combines pre- and post-sales roles, taking an innovative approach to the customer journey.
Jessica Wooding
Jessica Wooding first joined Wrike as a customer in 2017 and has since taken on a vital role within the company as an Enterprise Transformation and CX Strategist. She currently leads the Customer Advisory Council and Enterprise Transformation workshops. Passionate about customer experience, Jessica works cross-functionally to enhance customer journeys.
Jeff Shepard
Jeff Shepard has nearly 20 years of experience focused on strategy and business expansion, primarily within the technology sector. Currently, he leads Corporate Development at Wrike, where he utilizes his expertise to partner effectively with key internal and external stakeholders. Engaging collaboratively, he identifies and executes on opportunities for growth.

That might be leading better collaboration, automating processes, using data to guide decisions, managing workflows, delivering strong results, bringing ideas to life with visual tools, or using AI to improve project outcomes. Pick the category that best tells your story. Klaxoon users can only submit nominations to the “Engagement” category. Applications from Klaxoon users in the other categories won’t be considered.

Wrike empowers approximately 2.4 million users across 20,000+ organizations in over 140 countries, so earning a spot in the Elite 100 sets you apart as an exceptional leader in your field. In addition to celebrating the top 100 users, we also honor category winners to recognize those who have gone above and beyond in driving extraordinary value with Wrike within their organizations.
If you are a Klaxoon user, the answer is no. You can only submit a nomination to the “Engagement” category. Ensure your applications highlight distinct aspects of your work for each category.
No, there is no participation fee to enter the awards. We encourage all eligible users to submit their nominations and share how they’ve excelled using Wrike to achieve exceptional results.
Our judges are looking for customer stories that highlight significant accomplishments and creative use of Wrike or Klaxoon. The stories should detail the specific challenges addressed, solutions implemented using Wrike or Klaxoon, and the quantifiable impact on your projects or organization. Compelling testimonials, evidence of innovation, and metrics will strengthen your nomination.
In addition to a custom-engraved trophy for their office and special edition Wrike swag, winners may also receive exclusive recognition as experts in collaborative work management across Wrike’s distribution channels, professional networking opportunities with other high-performing Wrike users, and consideration to speak alongside Wrike’s executives at the annual Collaborate conference.
