II. Product Add-ons
Wrike Integrate Standard or Enhanced
Wrike Integrate enables customers to build workflows and integrations across business tools. Customers can use Wrike Integrate to connect cloud apps or on-premises apps, and even automate actions within Wrike (i.e. a Wrike-to-Wrike integration). When purchasing Wrike Integrate Standard or Wrike Integrate Enhanced, Customer is given a base monthly limit of Tasks/month that can be used to run integrations with Wrike for the duration of the then-current Subscription Term. A "Task" is a usage metric that is counted every time Wrike Integrate requests a piece of data from another platform/software or performs an action. A “Recipe” is an automated workflow that connects apps to complete Tasks composed by Customer based on a combination of apps, triggers and actions. The base monthly limit is defined by the number of licensed base subscription Users (Wrike Business Plus, Wrike Enterprise Standard, Wrike Enterprise Pinnacle, or Wrike Apex) in Customer’s Account.
Wrike Integrate Enhanced allows Customers to purchase additional Task bundles for the duration of the then-current Term in increments of 10,000 Tasks/month.
In the event Customer reaches their limit of included Tasks/month, Customer can (1) purchase additional Task bundles (if having purchased Wrike Integrate Enhanced) to avoid all of its Recipes being shut off until remedied (by purchasing more Task bundles), or (2) wait until the next immediate month when the Task limit starts over from zero.
Wrike Integrate Standard includes the following limit of Tasks/month based on the total number of licensed Users of the base subscription (Wrike Business Plus, Wrike Enterprise standard, Wrike Enterprise Pinnacle, or Wrike Apex): up to 20,000 Tasks/month are included for 5-24 Users/month; up to 100,000 Tasks/month are included for 25-99 Users/month; up to 300,000 Tasks/month are included for up to 100-374 Users/month; and up to 750,000 Tasks/month are included for accounts with 375 or more Users/month.

With Wrike Integrate Lite, your team can improve cross-departmental efficiency by syncing important deal information with Wrike tasks, freeing up valuable time and increasing productivity. Additionally, when a deal is closed in your CRM, Wrike automatically launches associated tasks, ensuring consistent project initiation and optimal outcomes. With Wrike Integrate Lite, you have the ability to customize the pre-configured integration recipes with additional low-code logic to fit your specific needs.
Customer is also given a base monthly limit of Tasks/month that can be used to run integrations with Wrike for the duration of the then-current Subscription Term. A "Task" is a usage metric that is counted every time Wrike Integrate requests a piece of data from another platform/software or performs an action. A “Recipe” is an automated workflow that connects apps to complete Tasks composed by Customer based on a combination of apps, triggers and actions. The base monthly limit is defined by the number of licensed base subscription Users (Wrike Business Plus, Wrike Enterprise Standard or Wrike Enterprise Pinnacle) in Customer’s Account.
In the event Customer reaches their limit of included Tasks/month, Customer must wait until the next immediate month when the Task limit starts over from zero.
Wrike Integrate Lite includes the following limit of Tasks/month based on the total number of licensed Users of the base subscription (Wrike Business Plus, Wrike Enterprise Standard or Wrike Enterprise Pinnacle): up to 20,000 Tasks/month are included for 5-24 Users/month; up to 100,000 Tasks/month are included for 25-99 Users/month; up to 300,000 Tasks/month are included for up to 100-374 Users/month; and up to 750,000 Tasks/month are included for accounts with 375 or more Users/month.

Wrike Lock is available as a paid Add-On for Wrike Enterprise Standard and Wrike Enterprise Pinnacle subscriptions. Wrike Lock is not compatible with Wrike Whiteboard (or the Klaxoon Enterprise plan), and thus is not compatible with Wrike Apex subscription plans.
For additional information and associated features of Wrike Lock, please refer to the Wrike Lock documentation page. Additionally, Customer acknowledges that once the AWS KMS key pair is set up and the public key is configured with Wrike Lock, Wrike will no longer be managing the encryption key lifecycle. Customer will have full responsibility for creation, management, and backup of keys. In the case of key corruption or loss, Wrike will not be able to provide any access to data or backup key pairs. If Wrike Enterprise Pinnacle and Wrike Lock are purchased and enabled, certain data in the Analytics database for Wrike Analyze (separate from the main Wrike database) will not be encrypted with a Customer-Managed Key. The fields in the Analytics database are listed in the documentation page.
Wrike Datahub
Wrike Datahub is available to Apex and Pinnacle Subscription Plan customers. It is a powerful tool that connects your data into Wrike workflows, creating a unifying platform for all teams to work cohesively. It eliminates the need for constant toggling between different applications and information resources. In the role of an interactive database tool, Datahub offers a scalable solution that connects your entire data landscape to the tasks you strategize, oversee, and handle in Wrike. It addresses the recurring challenge many organizations face when connecting data from different sources, teams, and departments into their work processes. Datahub doesn't just simplify this connection, but also fortifies your strategic planning, workflow management, and reporting initiatives.
On subscribing to a Pinnacle Subscription Plan, customers are allocated a base Tier (Starter Tier) of usage with a limit of Tables and Rows for data management and analysis. This Starter Tier includes 10,000 records.
In the event a customer exceeds their current Datahub Tier allocation, they will either need to upgrade their Datahub allocation or reduce their Datahub usage to meet their current allocated amount to avoid interruption/suspension of the Datahub data management and analysis service. Upgrades are available in the following Tiers:
Tier | Records |
Starter* | 10,000 |
Small | 100,000 |
Medium | 3,000,000 |
Large** | 30,000,000 |
* Included with any Pinnacle Subscription Plan
** Included with any Apex Subscription Plan Additional Datahub capacity may be purchased in Batches of 300 Tables / 100,000 Rows
(30 million DH units).
These Tiers are designed to cater to the varying data needs of our customers, ensuring they will have access to the necessary quantity of Tables and Rows as their data management and analysis requirements evolve.

Each Wrike AI Elite Actions Pack contains 12,000 AI Elite actions. Upon purchase, the full allocation is added to the account balance of a plan’s included AI Elite actions. Wrike AI Elite Actions Pack actions may be consumed at any time during the remainder of the current Subscription Term.
