Wrike offers support from our Professional Services (PS) team to help with deployment and onboarding. Wrike has PS packages of all shapes and sizes to ensure that you get the proper support you need.
There are three basic levels of support to choose from:
- The hands-on-shoulders approach is the engagement type for all Standard Deployment Packages and can also work very well for customer deployments. Your team does the setup with strategic guidance from Wrike, and the Wrike team executes admin and end-user training.
- Approximate timeline from start to finish: 4-6 months
- Your time investment: High
- The hybrid approach involves collaboration between the customer and the PS Consultant (PSC). Your team does most of the setup with some configuration assistance from Wrike. The Wrike PSC executes admin and end-user training. This approach typically includes post-launch support, which is commonly used for office hours and additional training to help with change management and user adoption.
- Approximate timeline from start to finish: 2-4 months
- Your time investment: Medium
- The Wrike-to-build approach means Wrike does all the heavy lifting from start to finish. Associates only have to participate in discovery, validating requirements, UAT, and training. This approach typically includes post-launch support, which is usually used for office hours, and additional training to help with change management and user adoption.
- Approximate timeline from start to finish: 1-2 months
- Your time investment: Low
Fine-tune your email notification settings so you are looped in when you’re needed.
- Head to your profile.
- Click on ‘Email Preferences’ at the bottom of the left menu.
- Adjust to your liking.
Tip: Keep ‘@mentions me’ and ‘assigns me a task’ turned on to stay in the know when your Walmart family needs you!
Spot your tasks in Wrike a few different ways:
- Inbox: Get a heads-up when a task lands on your plate or when a fellow associate shouts out with ‘@mentions’. Click on the alert, and you’re there!
- My To Do: Head to ‘My To-Do’ to see tasks awaiting your magic touch. Tweak your view, sort ‘em out, or see them as a list – make it suit you.
- Left Column: Your shared spaces, projects, and folders are all here. One click and you dive into the details.
- Personal Dashboard: Build your personal command center with your plans, thumbs-up for finished tasks, and those special starred ones.
- Search: Hunt something specific down by typing it in the search up top! If it’s shared with you, you’ll spot it there.
Every Wrike station’s unique, just like us Walmart folks! Depending on shared items and any snazzy Custom Views set up, you might be spotting different:
