Reschedule a task
If you see that some of your team members are overloaded with work, you can easily reschedule tasks, just like you would on the Gantt chart. To reschedule a task, left-click on it and move it along the timeline.
To change the task duration, move the cursor over the task bar border, so that an arrow appears, and then drag the bar aside to extend or reduce its duration.
