Structure your team work

Breaking a project into small, actionable items will help you know where your project stands. You can create sub-folders. Then you can create tasks or folders within the sub-folders.

Let's say you need to create a new landing page for your Web site. It is easier to see where your task stands if you break it into small, actionable items. So you can create a subfolder for this task called "landing page" inside "oursite.com" and put related tasks there (e.g., "come up with design," "write text," and "add page to oursite.com."
