Sort tasks in a list
By default, your tasks are sorted by priority. If you want to change the sorting criteria, click the "By priority" 1 button and choose an option among title, status, importance and date. If you want to see tasks not only from the parent folder, but from subfolders too, click on the "Descendants" button 2 .

For your convenience, while you are browsing the task details, the button for choosing sorting criteria is hidden. When you need to change the sorting criteria, just click the "Filters" button at the top 3 .

If you choose to sort by priority 4 , you can manually re-arrange the tasks in the list using the drag-and-drop function. A task list arranged by priority will be helpful for you to have a clearer sense of what needs more focus from you and your team members.
