Set email notification frequency

By default, you receive email notifications about the changes immediately. However, you can change those settings in your profile. Click on your name in the top right corner of your workspace 1 , go to the My Profile tab 2 and scroll down a little. You can choose to receive notifications immediately, as a daily digest or never 3 .

Immediate notifications are actually issued with a lag of 6-10 minutes. This lag is necessary because people often do a lot of small changes to the task, especially on a timeline, when they reschedule tasks using the drag-and-drop function. Wrike aggregates all the changes made to the task by a person during 6 minutes and then sends an email notification. This lets you receive complete information about updates in the task in one notification.
