Search
To search a task by a keyword in the task title or description, simply type your query in the search field 1 . Use * in the query to search tasks by a part of the keyword. If your search query contains two or more words, put quotation marks around them to search for the exact phrase. Wrike will search for the relevant tasks in the currently opened folder. Want to search in subfolders, too? Simply click on the "Descendants" button 2 .
If you don’t remember which folder the task belongs to, simply click on the folder name near the search field and choose “All tasks” 3 . Wrike will search for the relevant tasks in all folders and subfolders in your workspace.

Advanced search commands
Looking for a particular comment or attachment? A range of search keywords on hand will help you instantly get hold of specific piece of data! You can use the keywords along with filters to narrow down your search results.
