Recycle bin

For your convenience, all deleted tasks and folders are moved into the recycle bin 1 before they get completely erased from your workspace. Data in the recycle bin can be accessed and restored by anyone who shared it before the deletion.

To ensure that no important tasks, attachments, or comments get lost, only Account Administrators can delete data from the recycle bin. Those deleted tasks and folders that are not shared with the administrators, are kept in the bin for 30 days and then automatically get permanently erased

Restore data

To restore a specific task, open it, and click “Restore” in the task view pane 2 . To restore a folder with all its tasks and subfolders, right-click on its name and choose “Restore” in the context menu 3 .
All your data in the Recycle bin can be restored at a time by right-clicking on its icon and choosing this option.

Erase data

If you are an Account Administrator, you can empty the bin completely by right-clicking on it and choosing “Erase All”. To erase any particular task or a folder, use the “Erase” options 4 and 5 respectively.
