Post a message

In addition to commenting on existing posts, you can ask a question or start a new discussion, which isn’t directly related to any particular task, by leaving a message in the Activity Stream. Just type your text in the field marked "What are you doing?" on the top of the pane and click on the button "Post to Activity Stream" or press Shift+Enter. Your message will be instantly visible to everyone in your account. This is different from task updates that which are visible only to those with whom the task is shared.

You can also post a short message when you’re browsing your workspace without switching to the Activity Stream pane. Press "Y" on your keyboard and type your text in the pop-up window. Your message will appear as a separate entry in the Activity Stream.
