Outlook addin

Wrike's Outlook add-in lets you convert any e-mail into an interactive task that instantly appears in your project in Wrike. Right from Outlook, you can create a new Wrike task 1 , assign it 2 , schedule the task 3 , upload files 4 and comment on the task 5 . By default, the tasks created from Outlook are placed in the top-level folder called "My Folders." However, you can easily change the folder by clicking here 6 .

The new task instantly appears in your Outlook inbox, and everyone who follows the task sees the live task view in their Outlook inboxes, as well. The tasks assigned to you from Wrike are immediately shown in your Outlook inbox.

Also, when the details of a task created or followed by you are changed, this task automatically floats up in your inbox 7 , so you can see all changes and discussions neatly accumulated in a single, live task. The Outlook add-in is compatible with Outlook 2007 and 2010 x32/x64 for Windows.

To install the new add-in, please go to the "Sync" tab in your account settings.

Important!
 If you have already installed the previous version of Wrike's Outlook plugin, please keep in mind that the new add-in is not an update, but a completely different thing. Due to certain limitations in Outlook, the new add-in doesn't and will not automatically sync Outlook to-dos with Wrike.

If you install the new add-in, it will remove the previous one, bringing many more helpful task management features to your favorite e-mail client.
