Subscription plans: Paid and Free

One size doesn’t always fit all. With Wrike, you can choose the subscription plan that fits you best, whether you need a great free version or a powerful premium edition. In case of a small team with moderate project management requirements, Wrike’s free version is most likely what you are looking for: up to 5 users, unlimited collaborators, all the key features of Wrike.

If you feel that you need a more advanced project management functionality and can’t live without Gantt charts, time-tracking, cross-project reports and other fantastic pro features, choose one of Wrike’s packaged premium plans (for 5, 15, 25, 50 or more users). Try it for free for 15 days before coming up with your final decision.

Can I switch between free and premium plans?

Yes, you can switch between the free and premium plans anytime you want in the “Account management” section of your account settings (this option is available only to account administrators). Please note that when you switch from premium  to free, no refund is provided.

What is the difference between users and collaborators?

These different types of licenses provide people with different abilities:

Collaborators’ licenses are particularly convenient when you need to involve your clients and contractors in collaboration.

Can I upgrade collaborators to users and vice versa?

Yes, you can switch collaborators to users and back anytime. To manage your users’ subscriptions, click on your name in the upper-right corner of the workspace 1 , and then go to the "User management" tab 2 . Here, you see a table that shows you the number of subscriptions available 3 , and the list of users to whom you have granted those subscriptions 4 . If you want to switch a license from collaborator to user, click on the radio button corresponding to that subscription type 5 . Click on the "Save" button 6 to make your updates take effect.

If there are not enough subscriptions for your team, you can always upgrade your account in the "Billing Info & Credit Card" tab.

Please note that during the free trial period we do not charge you for subscriptions, so you can add as many users to your account as you need.
