Invite teammates to discussions

This feature is very intuitive and handy when you need to quickly draw attention of the right teammate directly to your comment. Simply add the @ symbol, followed by the teammate’s name from an autosuggest menu, in a comment to a certain task or in the Activity Stream.

No matter if the person mentioned after the @ symbol follows the task or not, she or he will immediately receive an e-mail notification with the text of your comment.

If the task wasn’t shared with the teammate you mention after the @ symbol, it automatically gets shared with this person right after you submit the comment. This way, she or he is able to better understand the context of the comment and actively participate in the discussions in the future.

If the teammate replies to the comment (via e-mail or in the workspace), Wrike considers this taking an interest in the topic, so the person automatically starts following the task and receives updates about the task progress.
