Include a folder in many folders
Wrike lets you organize your project plans in a hierarchy. However, in real life, things are not strictly hierarchical. Different teams may work on common tasks. Wrike's Flexible Structures™ let you easily manage overlapping activities.
You can move the whole folder into several other folders. For example, you can include the folder "oursite.com" in the "Marketing" folder and the "Web design" folder.
A folder in Wrike can be put in as many folders as you need. Simply click on a folder 1 , then go to "Folder info" tab 2 , and click on the folder name in the "Included in" line 3 . Type in the parent folder name and hit "Enter". The folder will be included into the chosen parent folder.
Tips to remember: When you put something in a shared folder, it automatically becomes shared, as well. For example, if you move a task to a folder that's shared with your client, your client will see the task.
