Gmail gadget
If you or your domain administrator installed Wrike as a Google App, a handy Wrike Gadget is automatically added to your Gmail to help you create new tasks from your e-mails. Just one click on the "Create task" button 1 and a new task instantly appears in your Wrike workspace with the e-mail’s subject as its name.

If later on you receive more e-mails on same subject, a short summary of the most important task details will be displayed below the e-mail body. The assignees 1 , the task’s start and due dates 2 , and its parent folders 3 can be updated right away from the gadget by simply clicking on any of them.
To mark the task completed, use the checkbox near the task’s title 4 . If you need to view the additional task data, such as attached files or the full task description, click on the "Open in Wrike" link 5 .

Besides that, you can automatically create tasks with descriptions, attach files and add comments from e-mails to your tasks in Wrike by using Smart E-mail Integration.
By default, Gmail’s Wrike gadget is switched on for all Google Apps users, but your domain administrator can remove it for you if you want. Here is a link to the instructions on how to do this:
