Include a task in many folders
Wrike's unparalleled flexibility lets you not only to create multiple hierarchies of tasks and folders, but also overlap them. Different teams may work on common tasks. Wrike's Flexible Structures™ let you easily manage overlapping activities. For example, to remake the homepage of a Web site, you need to not only update the content, but also come up with a new design. In this case, you can put a task called "Remake the homepage" in the "Content" folder (shared with your writers) and the "Design" folder (shared with your designers). As a result, each team becomes more productive by getting access to the relevant, up-to-date project information.
A task in Wrike can be put in as many folders as you need, easily and quickly, thanks to the drag-and-drop support. Simply drag the folder from the folder tree onto the task 1 . The task will be included in the chosen folder. Alternatively, you can click on the task bar 2 and on the folder name in the "Included in" line 3 . Type in the parent folder name in the field and hit "Enter".
Tip to remember: If you have a task in several folders, it is still one task. If you make changes to a task in one folder, those changes are automatically applied in all other locations.
