Activity stream

The Activity Stream is displayed in a separate widget on the dashboard. It represents a Twitter-like microblogging tool that allows everyone on the team to instantly share information and displays all the team members’ recent actions in real time. You immediately see changes that your team members make to tasks that you follow.

When your colleague reschedules a task, attaches a file or changes the task’s importance, the edits are specially marked in the Activity Stream. All the comments added to tasks also are displayed here. The result is a team productivity boost, better communications and tighter control across multiple projects and teams.

To make an entry in the Activity Stream, type your message in the field above and hit "Shift + Enter."

To post a message visible to all users in your account, irrespective to any task or folder, use the "What are you doing?" field 1 or press "Y" on your keyboard and type a message.

When you’re browsing your workspace, you can quickly switch to the Activity Stream view by pressing the Activity Stream tab in the left-hand pane 2 .
