Create favorites
To access your frequently used tasks and folders quickly and easily, you can keep them in a separate Favorites folder. You can create this folder in any part of your folder tree, but we believe that the most convenient thing for you would be to create it right in My Folders.
First, let’s create a new folder and give it a name. To do it, right-click on My Folders and choose "Add folder" in the drop-down menu 1 . A new folder will appear in your folder tree with an entry field that says "Enter title for the new folder" 2 . Type in "Favorites" 3 in this field and press enter on your keyboard. The "Favorites" folder is created.

Now go to a task or folder that you use often and want to put in Favorites. Click on it and type in "Favorites" in the "Included in" field 4 . The chosen item will instantly appear in Favorites. Your Favorites folder will be visible only to you, unless you decide to share it with someone. But, as always when you include an item in several folders in Wrike, this is still the same task or folder, not a copy of the original item. So any change you make to a task or folder in your "Favorites" will be instantly applied to the item in all other locations.

If you do not need to have a task or folder in your Favorites anymore, open the item, click the "Included in" area and delete the category "Favorites". The task or folder will instantly disappear from your Favorites folder.
