Apply filters

By default, the Activity Stream shows the updates for all shared tasks and folders that you follow. If a folder or a task isn’t shared with you, you won’t be able to see its updates.

You can narrow down or broaden the information according to your needs, using a set of handy filters. There are four options available:

• Everything: all changes and comments on all tasks and folders shared with you;
• Everything I follow: the changes and comments on all tasks and folders that you follow (this is the option set by default);
• Assigned to me: the latest changes and comments only on the tasks that are assigned to you;
• My conversations: the changes and discussions on the tasks that you created, updated or commented on at least once;

Additionally, if you check the box "Hide auto updates", you will only see the comments and the history of file attachments in the Activity Stream. Other updates (for example, rescheduling a task or sharing it with a new team member) will be filtered out of the view.
