Add-in shortcuts
Once you install Wrike's Outlook add-in, a new ribbon called "Wrike" 1 is added to the email creation window in Outlook.
The ribbon contains a drop-down menu with the full list of your folders in Wrike

. The list looks like the one in the drop-down menu in the "Included in" field in the task edit form in Wrike. When you choose a folder, add-in-shortcutsis immediately added to the CC field of the email

and the shortest path to the chosen folder is added to the email subject

. This makes it easier and faster for you to assign tasks in Wrike from emails. If you want to put the task in several folders, you can choose many folders from the drop-down menu.
The ribbon also has the "Add to Wrike" button 5 . By clicking on it, you get add-in-shortcutsautomatically added to the CC field of your email 6 .
The email reading window has a similar "Wrike add-in" ribbon

with two buttons called "Add to Wrike"

and "Mark as Completed"

If you want to add the email as a task in Wrike with the next synchronization, click on the "Add to Wrike"

button. The email will be instantly marked for follow-up as well

. With the next synchronization, the task will be added in Wrike

If the email exists as a task in Wrike, the button "Mark as Completed" is available for you and lets you mark the email and the task as completed

. With the next synchronization, the task will be marked as completed in Wrike as well

If the "Mark as Completed" button is inactive, first you need to add the email as a task to Wrike by clicking on the "Add to Wrike" button. Once the email is marked as completed, the "Add to Wrike" button becomes inactive.
