Add a user
Click on your name in the upper-right corner of the workspace 1 to go to your account, choose “User management” tab 2 , and then click on the "Create new user" link 3 . Type the full name and the email address of the new user in the appropriate text boxes 4 . Choose the subscription type 5 and click on the "Create" button 6 .
An invitation to join Wrike will be sent to the user. The invitation will allow the person to create a password and start using the system. Once the invitation is accepted, you will be able to assign and share tasks with this person.


To get information about the number of licenses available in your subscription, go to the "User management" tab 1 . There you see a table that shows you the number of subscriptions available 2 . Users to whom you have granted subscriptions are listed in the table below 3 . You can also add a new user here by clicking on the "Create new user" link 4 .
If you have no available licenses to add a new user, you can upgrade your account in the "Billing Info & Credit Card" tab.
