Check against your to-do list

The first thing you see when opening the app is your to-do list. It is analogous to the Dashboard in the web version and helps you quickly glance at your tasks for today and mark them as complete with a simple right swipe. Did it by mistake? No worries, just swipe the task to the left to make it active again.

Navigate the app

From the to-do list, it’s easy to navigate other places of interest in a single tap and quickly get back to your to-do list by simply shaking your phone.

Work with the tasks from a particular folder

Tap “Everywhere” in the top-right corner of your to-do list. Then choose a folder with tasks you want to see. Tapping “untagged” will show you tasks that are not added to any folder other than “My folders.”

Left swipe the folder to see its subfolders. Use the breadcrumbs at the bottom of your screen to get back to the parent folders.

Show descendants

When browsing tasks in a specific folder, swipe the folder name at the top of the screen to see the tasks from subfolders. And swipe again to exclude tasks from subfolders. This option is similar to the "Show descendant tasks" check box in Wrike’s Web version.

Access archived tasks

Completed, cancelled and deferred tasks are considered archived in Wrike’s iPhone App and can be accessed through the Magic Button. In the Web version of Wrike, these tasks can be easily found by applying the status filter to your task list.

If you changed your mind on an archived task, left swipe the task to put it on today’s to-do list or move it to the recycle bin.
