What is New?

We are releasing a new feature set that will make Wrike the greatest tool for managing marketing projects. The new release will include task and project discussions, Windows Mobile and Outlook add-ins, and an upgraded pricing structure.

Task and project discussions

With the release, Wrike users will be able to add comments to tasks and projects via email. Wrike will intelligently identify the task by the email subject and elegantly extract the user's comment and the task description.

Windows Mobile plug-in

The Windows Mobile plug-in will make it easy for users to manage tasks with their Pocket PC or smart phone. The plug-in will synchronize the user's tasks in Wrike with the built-in tasks application on the user's device. As previously, people can create tasks in Wrike from emails sent from any mobile device, whether it is iPhone, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile or G1.

Outlook add-in

The Outlook add-in will be useful for people who use Outlook Tasks to organize their life. Wrike's New Outlook add-in will make users' task management more effective, as all their tasks will be kept in one place (be it Wrike or Outlook). The add-in will provide a two-way sync for the user's tasks in Wrike and in Outlook.

Upgraded pricing structure

Wrike has always been a cost-effective solution with its price-per-user model and the ability to manage unlimited projects in one account. Today, we are presenting an even more flexible pricing structure that lets our customers mix different types of users in one account to get the most for their money. Additionally, we are releasing new pricing plans, like "Viewer," "Collaborator" and "Manager". A "manager" is a type of power user who will be able to use all of Wrike's advanced features, including creating templates, using Excel export and import, building task dependencies directly on the timeline, running reports, etc. "Collaborators" are users who can create and modify tasks and projects, using Wrike's interactive Web site or their favorite email software. They can use Wrike's unique timeline, share files in Wrike and discuss tasks.

Customers will be free to choose the number of manager and collaborator accounts they need to purchase. In any case, they will be able to manage an unlimited number of projects in one workspace.

If our customers have partners, contractors or clients who only need to view certain tasks, they can buy an unlimited number of viewer accounts for just $9.95 per month. Additional features, such as time-tracking, Outlook sync, Mobile sync, iCal and RSS feeds, will be also available at a separate price. Have a look at the table below to get more details.
