Interactive features: Everyday to-do emails

Wrike issues daily to-do emails that keep you focused on tasks and help you meet deadlines. Those emails are interactive. You can view the task details by clicking on the task title 1 or mark a task as completed by clicking on the appropriate link 2.

If you don't want a task to appear in the to-do emails, click on the task title 1 to view the task details, then click on the "Edit" button and remove the tasks' due date. Read more about how to schedule tasks.

The "Today" section 3 shows all tasks assigned to you that you should be working on today. So if you have a task that started a year ago and will finish a year in the future, it will be shown in the "Today" section because it's still going on.

To help you concentrate on tasks that are important for you, the to-do emails contain information about tasks that are overdue by no more than 5 days 4. If a task was not completed or rescheduled while it was overdue for 1-5 days, it is considered non-important to you right now.

Every Monday, you receive a to-do email with the weekly reminder about your tasks that are overdue by more than 5 days 5. The email also suggests that you reschedule these tasks 6.

The to-do email also contains your tasks that are planned for today 3 and overdue tasks assigned by you to other people 7.

The to-do email is a great benefit for those who assign tasks. You do not need to remind people about the task, and you do not need to collect status update reports and then update the project file. Wrike releases you from those routine jobs, thanks to interactive email reminders!
