Smart Email Integration: Add your comment to the task's discussions

(The feature is available with all subscriptions to Wrike, except for the viewer license.)

Once Wrike receives an email that contains RE or FW in the subject, it searches for the task by subject, identifies your comment 1 and adds it to the comments stream below the task 2. Wrike's Intelligent Email Engine™ cuts out signatures and repeated text and adds only your message as a comment to the task in Wrike. If the message contains attachments, they'll appear in the list of files attached to the task in Wrike 3.

Wrike searches for the task in the folder, indicated in the email as a word or phrase in square brackets or a phrase separated by a double colon in the subject line. If the task has already been moved to another folder, the system searches for the task by subject within your entire workspace. If the folder was not specified in the email, Wrike searches for the task within "My Folders," excluding its subfolders. If several tasks with the same name are found within the folder, you will get an email about this conflict.
