Wrike's Intelligent Email Engine™ allows you to create and update tasks from your favorite email software. Use your favorite email client (Outlook, BlackBerry, Gmail or any other) to create tasks anywhere, anytime.

To put the task in a specific folder, separate the folder name from the task name with a double-colon in the subject line of your email. If the folder exists in your Wrike workspace and is shared with someone, the task becomes shared with those people, as well as with the recipient of the email. The people with whom the folder is shared also receive automatic email notification about the newly created task, if they are subscribed to the email notifications in this folder. If the folder does not yet exist, Wrike creates it under "My Folders" and puts the task in the newly created folder. Unlike the newly created task, the newly created folder is not automatically shared with the email recipients. Read how you can share a folder. If the folder already exists in your workspace, then the task goes right into it.
